Sudden closure, no notice, money disappeared

I am one of the many unfortunate customers of South African Relocations. They have closed for business without sufficient (or any) notice. 3 months according to their terms, but I believe they've failed to meet the criteria on several counts in their own terms.

I am now being requested to pay the amount directly to the partner company or wait indefinitely for this issue to resolve itself...
