Still waiting after sincere apologies and promises.

Two years ago most of my shipment arrived, all in perfect condition. Problem is, a piano and couch got left behind and my painting got sent (accidentally) to Ireland. I check in on a weekly basis trying to get any answers regarding when I will get my goods. No plans and no commitment to ship it. Only, “we’re working on it”. Two years later it’s hard to belief. If they get it right, it’s good. But if not, they will take no accountability for their mistakes. What a pity! Still waiting and hoping for a miracle.
