Call Jet Pets at *** and request to be sent the email regarding Refund Process for SA Relocations . Do this now.

Fill out the form in that email immediately; the closing date is August 10, 2024.

Return the form immediately with attachments.

This will not necessarily guarantee anything, but we had not even received the Refund Process letter until we called them today and happened to find out about it.
