STAY FAAAAAARRRRRR AWAY FROM SOUTH AFRICAN RELOCATIONS!!!!!!
The perfect sales team with the perfect pitch. the procedure to the point where your furniture is collected goes very well. you can track your shipment all the way to the final destination port (New Zealand in our case) which excites you to your core, BUT THEN, your trouble starts.
Back and forth emails not only internally but to you as a customer blaming the final destination company (in New Zealand in this case) for failure to deliver your furniture, this after SA RELOCATIONS confirm that payment was settled in full only to find out that SA RELOCATIONS did not pay the company in New Zealand at all hence multiple orders have been kept as ransom by the New Zealand company.
