STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give them minus zero stars I definitely would. There are many reviews that are the same as mine. From initial quote, the money that has been paid over has been nearly double. We waited 11 months to get our goods after phoning constantly to find out what the shipment dates were. No feedback or service AT ALL once the money was paid over. Once the goods eventually got here, we were then sent ANOTHER INVOICE for more money. Changes in exchange rate - for what exactly no one tells you!!! We had a few damages and breakages to furniture, so we made a claim within 7 days of receiving. Well that was another whole frustrating waste of my time. After 5 months of the claim (which is to the value of +- R30k, they now tell me as I refuse to pay the invoice for the added exchange rate, they will not entertain my claim. The arrogance of this company knows no bounds and the management could not give a hoot about disgruntled customers. My advice to everyone - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
