We are a Dubai-based Relocation Management Company

This team in the UK removed high-value items from one of our client's shipments, Doctored paperwork, edited and reissued packing lists and shipped after 6 months on an FCL that was paid upfront.

As a small, but successful independent business, we chose to replace the client's items in full at a substantial cost to us. We are out of pocket for tens of thousands.

The only thing I can suggest is raise a formal complaint to IAM
