South African Relocation

I assigned South African relocation to ship my household items to India and paid full amount. Everything was perfect until the collection and after that it was too slow. Finally it reached the destination port. I got a message from the clearing agent that I have to pay a big amount at the port for keeping my stuff in the storage because South African Relocation didn’t submit some of the documents on time. I sent several messages to sort these problems to Mr Mark whom I contacted earlier but no response. I can’t afford to pay these additional amount which is charged because of the negligence or incompetence of SA Relocations. Don’t trust these people. They are proving it again and again that they are *********** to do the job.
