Slow, *********** and unresponsive

They were the cheapest option… but also lots of worries. My shipment arrived 3 months late because they had packed medical hardware in the container that should have been declared. The whole container was blocked at the customs for months because of their little professionalism.

The worse is that some of my frames got damaged, I had taken an insurance and never heard back from SA Relocations after they recorded my claim and recognised the damage.

As a consequence, I’ve never been compensated while I paid for insurance. Lara is still ghosting me as of today and her colleagues as well - very unprofessional I will not use these guys again.
