After signing a deal with this company and paying them in full they informed me that they had fired their UK agents. They refused to ship my goods unless I paid them an additional R18, 000 (14%) because their new agent was more expensive. They did not provide me with the two agents quotes so I could not verify the additional charges. This is completely ********* behavior and I would recommend that you do not ever use them. Just another worthless *****ed unreliable ********* South African Company. I doubt we will ever see our goods again.
