SA Relocations please send my goods

I relocated from Johannesburg to Sydney in January 2022, Sometime in November I got a quote of R101k from SA Relocations which I paid end of December. My goods were collected on the 30th of December 2021. I was promised that my good will be delivered end of January which never happened. Upon enquiring I was told that shipping companies increased their tariffs and I was supposed to pay an extra R23 776,15 and this was the reason why the shipment was delayed. I complained, not because of the increase but mainly because nobody had communicated about this since it was delaying the shipment. I was then given a date of when the container was going to be loaded onto the ship. Until today (27 May 2022) the dates are still changing and the container is still in South Africa. We moved into a house end of January and all my furniture, clothing for the whole family, bedding, kitchen utensils are in that container. I have written to them many times and sometimes they don’t even respond. I was dealing with John Barrie who was very good before my goods were taken but as soon as they had possession of my goods and my money i became less of a customer. 5 months now and the container is still in South Africa, I don’t even know when to expect it.
