SA Relocations not paying their moving agents causing shipments being frozen

Used SA Relocations to ship our furniture to Brisbane Australia and paid them in full before shipment was sent ! The shipment arrived in Brisbane on the 18th May and been in customs quarantine since ! Now been contacted by the movers who handle the shipment when it arrives and they put it through customs and deliver to deliver to your residence ! They’ve just informed me they have frozen our shipment as they’ve not been paid for quite sometime by SA Relocations and cannot get hold of them so we must pay for delivery to release our goods otherwise it will be held until payment is made ! We have no option but to make payment up front so our goods can be delivered and would reimburse us when the payment is received from them !! We’ve tried to make contact emailing all the people I dealt with when doing the deal but 2 of the shipping managers emails not receiving messages and the others haven’t responded !! The accounts person and the sales person that handled the deal from the inception in January this year haven’t answered nor has their customer service email ! We phoned them on their Cape Town HO number and spoke to a Chad who answered and said he was the team leader in sales and couldn’t give us any information on the company at all !! So it sounds like there’s a huge problem financially not being able to pay their movers in Australia !! So I’d like to forewarn any others who are dealing with them or have dealt with them and would like to hear from these people if they have the same problem as I have !
