SA Relocations-Container of household goods cannot be delivered

<div>South African Relocations Unheard of poor service. Our goods arrived 13th June 2024. We paid container inspection fee on the 24.06.2024. Transporter said our container of household items would be delivered 26.06.2024. Then we received an email canceling the delivery as the Transporter needed the “Green Light” from SA Relocations to deliver. We forwarded all proof of payment to the Transporter that our SA Relocation invoice had been paid in full. We arranged date for delivery 28.06.2024, Transporter came back and stated still no “Green Light” from SA Relocations. Transporter then emailed and said delivery could take place on the 03.07.2024 if clearance and payment from SA Relocations had been received. On the Transporter notified us on the 02.07.2024 late afternoon that they couldn’t deliver container as they still had not received any response from SA Relocations. We emailed SA Relocations, “++++” to please provide us with information as to why they have not given the “Green Light” to the Transporter releasing our container, we received a very abrupt response asking “ what exactly is the context ” of our emails. We rep**** to the email and said our concern was non delivery of container of household goods, this was on the 28th June 2024. We have never had a response from ++++ or anyone else from SA Relocations. We have also made several telephone calls to SA Relocations, 8 times in total, and have only managed to speak to the Receptionist as no-one else is available to take our calls and provide answers. I have noticed several other complaints logged on Hello Peter and Facebook. What is going on at SA Relocations that they cannot meet their contractual obligations with their customers who have forked out huge amounts of money but are not receiving the service they have paid for. How does one get a response and one’s container of household goods from SA Relocations???????
