Ryan is brilliant, the rest was downhill...

Ryan in Cape Town was brilliant and I give him as well as those who packed and collected the items 5 stars. That's where it ended. On the UK side the service was terrible. As mentioned by other there were extra fees that couldn't be clearly explained... different stories from different members of staff about what the costs were really for. They then refused to answer my questions and I ended up paying just to get my items as I am sure storage would be the next thing charged for while trying to resolve the dispute. So unfortunately, despite Ryan being absolutely brilliant I would not recommend the company to ship to the UK. Sorry Ryan!
