Refusing to Release our Relocation Items

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We used them for our relocations, where they did a collection on 26 March 2024. Nothing was shipped, and then, on 4 July 2024, we got a notification that they were ceasing operations; we needed to collect our items intended for shipping, and we needed to confirm a slot for collection.

1. No address was given for collection, I had to do multiple searches online to find the address where our items are actually stored. 2. I completed the form, MULTIPLE times, with no confirmation as soon as you submit it, so you have no form to confirm that it has been received. 3. Our Family memer (As we are in Saudi Arabia) went there this afternoon (17 July 2024) to do arrangement and make-sure the items are there, they REFUSED to engage with him, and show where our items are.

At this stage, I will likely need to Fly back to South Africa to get our items before they seize operations on 19 July 2024. This is Absolutely mortifying.

I'm trying to find ways to communicate with them, but their website is down, all emails bounce back, and no landline works.
