Poor Excuse Of a Company

Horrible experience for us .i write this review with my blood boiling !!! After packing up our shipment for Australia we kept getting told costs were increasing . By the time it comes to ship its all of a sudden close to 40 percent more expensive than what we were quoted . Clearly The reason they are still in business is They take your money and hold onto your goods for as long as they can then use clients money to operate as i am still waiting for them to ship my stuff and then hit with a hefty “additional costs” bill . This is pathetic and there salesman take no responsibility for anything once they have made a sale . They shy away from what they are meant to do which is provide a good door to door service and will not take your calls when you want to take action . I cannot stress enough that you again before using them . Would not wish this experience on anyway . Ridiculous
