Pathetic communication and service

I am extremely disappointed I have chosen this company, the service and communication is extremely poor. 4 days after my possessions were packed I received no communication on what are the next steps etc . This is very stressful given we moving countries. I expected regular communication instead each day I need to follow up on what is happening and what the process is . I am still awaiting ..
