fantastic experience and service received from South African relocations. We used their service for a local move for a few bits to my mother in law and then our home to NZ. The team does wonderful packing. For the SA move we did not pay to have things boxed , everything was blanket wrapped which nothing broke. Their team takes very good care of your items when transporting them. for the move to NZ we had a rep who was sharon come and see us. she was super! we had 4 other companies come out and she was the most informative and we felt the most comfortable with her. the day came when they packed us, the day I dreaded as moving is never a easy task. I can tell you this. their move was a breeze on the moving day. we did not need to lift a finger. for all first time movers I do however want to tell them to ensure they know what they are taking as we had a few items we were not sure about taking, and at the end of the day ended up taking it. the packers were very understanding towards us. we then put out goods in storage until we found our new home. which was very reasonable. when our gods were at sea it took a few weeks, but we were informed it takes longer to go to NZ. The company who delivered in NZ was lovely too. so overall a great experience. No big items were damaged. We did put in a claim for a antique which was sorted very quickly as we had it repaired. your company comes highly recommended in the campbell house. My friends will be calling you as i referred them to your sales person.
