No feedback and koad still stuck at origin after 5 weeks

I arranged a move from Pretoria to Walvis Bay. The initial things was all very good and the load was picked up. After several weeks in Namibia, I wanted to make arrangements for the load to be delivered, only to find out my load is still on Joburg. The guy that was handling my move left the company and no one followed up on anything. I phoned and was contacted back by Willie in Joburg, who spoke to me like I am an idiot for not knowing what documentation was required. The gent that handled it before assured me all was fine for delivery. I placed another call today and was promised to be contacted back, but nothing. This time I spice to Rehana in Cape Town. I now have a load stuck in Joburg, that has to be delivered to Walvis Bay on the 28th of this month, and nobody talking to me after I reach out to them. Maybe I should just lay a charge of theft at SAPS 😡
