The entire experience with this company has been a complete NIGHTMARE.

Amazing communication before you pay, after that - it just gets worse and worse.

Had to follow up with them every week. Had to be the middle man communicator between them and the overseas agent courier. Then they lost our most valuable items. Paid for insurance - tried to claim and they just keep on ignoring me.

Unless you want to lose all your hair, avoid this company.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever used.
