Nightmare!

The agent who turns up to give a quote seems professional, dressed in a suit, communicates well. The packers who turn up to pack are not professional and don't pack in a way to minimize the volume and use up space unnecessarily. They even unpacked plastic boxes with labelled documents I had sorted and spread them out over other boxes - totally incomprehensibly! I dread the day I have to unpack everything abroad and resort out all those documents! Then to top it all off, the actual volume I was charged for was much higher than the quoted volume, despite the fact that I'd got rid of a lot of furniture that the professional quoter had included. No compensation for any of the trouble and very little communication once I'd paid. The emails sent in communication were clearly cut and pasted sections of info about the shipment. Absolutely terrible service - I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Moving abroad already is a stressful thing. This experience made it much worse. Don't use SA relocations!
