I think I will never see my household goods again - move from UK and SA

I moved from the UK to SA at the beginning of September 2023. A friendly person called Mark has been helping me, but it is now November 2023 and they still haven't shipped my household goods. They did pack and collect it from my London apartment on 5 Sep 2023. I paid them around R80k, but nothing has shipped or arrived yet. Every week they say it will be in the next 2 weeks. A person called Kyle (from Cape Town) has opened a new branch in Reading for this company, but he has been so many times over to the UK and still haven't sent my things. I am considering legal action very soon. They now have my money. 10 weeks have passed now and their promise was 12 weeks door-to-door.
