From great to absolutely shocking service! With no customer care...

Service started out brilliant, when they got our money and took our stuff the service drastically changed. We relocated from South Africa to USA. We do not get any feedback unless we email them, and even then it's limited. Its been 4 Months and our container hasn't even left yet. We were told it was leaving a month ago, it got bummped and no-one contacts you!! Staying in contact with your clients should be a priority!! Sadly will not be recommending them at all.
