Extremely disappointed Shipping with South African Relocations

Off the bat the customer service was great. We received the invoice in no time and made the payment.

We took very good care in making sure our stuff was organised and packed with bubble wrap to protect it.

But when we received our shipment here in the UAE, it was all repacked, moved around and without bubble wrap. Our microwave suffered a big knock and our air fryer also was not working like it should anymore. Furthermore there was a lot of our linen, cutlery, toys and other stuff missing.

We recommended South African Relocations to so may of our friends. They also suffered excessive damages on priceless items.

It has been a month since we have received our shipment and we are still waiting for a resolution to the submitted complaints.
