Excellent service in difficult times

THEY HAVE DONE IT. Against all odds, the global supply chain issues, non-cooperative shipping lines, shortage of 20' containers, etc, they have managed to pull it off and we have received our container here in Cyprus. Right from the start, it was a perfect company to work with. They packed all our stuff with professional people and was packed very well. Despite the fact that all our stuff traveled more than 25.000 km the only damage we have is a slightly dented gas heater and that is all.They kept me informed every step of the way, even if the news was bad like a vessel that was supposed to come to Durban and didn't or the shipping line canceled the booking for no reason given. unfortunately, this happened a number of times, but the only ones to blame for that are the shipping lines. I have worked in import/logistics for 25 years, so I know how they do their business. The agent they worked with here in Cyprus was also top quality.I have nothing other than absolute praise for South African Relocations. As far as I am concerned they have performed a small miracle in extremely difficult times, and that was before the war in Ukraine. Now things are even worse.I would like to thank all the people of SA Relocations involved with our container, but a very special thanks to Bianca, she is just absolutely marvelous.I can absolutely recommend them. They do go out of their way to get things done no matter how difficult and frustrating their jobs are right now.
