Efficient with some bumps

We dealt with Anthony from the beginning, and it was a pleasant experience. He was helpful and efficient, taking my calls continually through the process. The packing and shipping was efficient and our goods arrived in central USA within 5 months from packing date. Their USA counterpart was efficient and well organized. We did experience some issues with a refund that was due, because a reduced load, but this was eventually taken care of (within 3 months of contract finalization). Overall experience good and met our expectations.
