DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ******!

Appalling experience - DO NOT USE! As with the other reviewers on this site, all was well initially. Good service, competitive price and collection went well. I then didn't hear anything until a month later when they said that the actual volume of cargo was higher than anticipated and the cost would be 50% higher than quoted. 50%!!! By this time I had left the country and there was nothing I could do about it. I have argued that as professionals who were shown around the flat and saw EVERY ITEM that was planned to be shipped, it demonstrates an extraordinary lack of understanding/professional experience if they get there quotes so wrong. Clearly it is a tactic as they then hold you ransom until you pay the ******ionate amount. I'm also being charged storage costs in the UK as they say it's my fault the items haven't been released as I haven't paid the outstanding amount. I am now £1000 poorer because this company either don't know what they're doing or, more likely, are complete charlatans and just rip people off. The team never get back to you, I've asked to speak with a manager countless times but have yet to have a conversation with anyone and my items are still not here, 8 months later. Truly the worst customer experience I have ever had. 1 star is way too high! DO NOT USE!!!!!
