DO NOT USE AT ALL!!!

If I could put ZERO I would!!!!!!!!!!! My goods were paid for to move from South Africa to the UK in 2023, in February 2024 it arrived less 6 boxes! I have spoken to claims, the original sales guys, the invoicing guy Landre, the apparent Manager Monique and the apparent Operations Director Kobus Jacobs. I am being told I could only claim for half, then half of that is then excess amount and still nothing has been done. It is JUNE 2024!! I was told and read never to use them as they are a **** company - I witnessed this after being told that their one employee ran their UK depot and that was why I did not need to pay extra costs. Well!! The depot was apparently closed down by authorities the day my goods arrived so they were sent on to someone else. Now SA Relocations says maybe that company lost my boxes. Nice try!! On checking all this nonsense, it turns out that the supposed employee who runs the UK depot in London, LIVES AND WORKS IN THEIR CAPE TOWN OFFICE, So it is all smoke and mirrors with this lot. The CEOs should be ashamed of ****ming people out of money then not giving a **** because the people are leaving the country and wont be there to harrass them. DISGUSTING WAY TO WORK, ITS LITERALLY *******. And trying to claim is a nightmare, the claims department email comes back from MAIL-DAEMON saying the email box is full and unattended and Kobus Jacbos the so called Operations Director has now pushed me onto the apparent Financial Director whose email he will not supply and who, according to the entirety of Google and LinkedIn, DOES NOT EXIST in that company. ABSOLUTE ****MERS, DO NOT USE THEM. They tell you they are the cheapest, well it shows! But then they ask for more money along the way AFTER YOUR GOODS ARE SUPPOSEDLY IN TRANSIT so you have no choice but to pay, They hold customers to ransom and you r goods arrive damaged or missing!!!!!!!!!!
