Disappointed customer

The service from the relocation team has been good. They have kept me updated on the relocation to Dubai. However, when my goods arrived in Dubai, goods were damaged and expensive electronic items are missing. The poor rating is due to their lack of interest or care from the insurance claim department. No response after calling and emailing after 3 months from the delivery and the claim has been submittted. The fortune you pay for the insurance on the items is just ignored. They do not use bubble wrap and use paper to cover your items so glass items were damaged on arrival. Expensive electronic items simply did not arrive. Very disappointing
