Denied Claim, Stole Goods and Money

So having had a previous review about additional fees, When opening my products I found ****** and damaged items, as well as my TV that arrived uncrated (I paid for crating). When submitting my claim, I was told that it was denied because I signed that all my boxes were delivered (Delivery happened for 12 boxes at 9PM at night, I was told that I should have checked through all my belongings before accepting the delivery, unrealistic to make a delivery company wait around while I unpack a house full of boxes. )

I am still owed money for the crating that was never done, and promise after promise nothing happens, they Stole from me 2.5 years ago and won't even refund me even after acknowledging fault.
