********* business practices. Don’t use South African Relocations

DO NOT USE SOUTH AFRICAN RELOCATIONS TO MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS. NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEY SOUND YOU WILL REGRET IT. I made the mistake of getting SA Relocations to quote me to move a motorcycle to Sydney. They quoted, I agreed, signed the contract and paid in FULL. When the item arrived in Sydney, I received and email clearly stating THEY had made a mistake with the quote and they proceeded to double the costs. There was no acceptance of their mistake and some form of suggested compromise, No just pay the money and no delivery till we receive full payment. I have been waiting to talk to someone for weeks. They just don’t care. The company is ********* and they really don’t give a ****. They are trying to ****** money from their customers. Since having this issue I have read some of the reviews about this company. I wish I had read them before using them. I can only hope that if you are reading this review that you decide to use a different company to move your belongings. No matter how good they sounds in the beginning, trust me it’s not worth it in the end. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I can’t believe this company can operate the way it does. What I write on this review won’t stop them but hopefully I can stop you from using them.
