SA Relocations false promises and inaccurate quoting

<div>Absolutely shocking! My parents moved from Gauteng on Thursday 29 July. It's 31 August, more than a month later and they still don't have all of their furniture. I was told today by the CEO that it will arrive when it suits them to bring it down and he will not commit to any time period!!!Despite the fact that a representative from SA Relocations came and examined the entire contents of their home and assured them that he would quote them for the correct size vehicle to fit all of their belongings into, on the day they loaded the container that they brought there were 5 things that did not fit in. My parents were assured that those things would come down in the next load. That did not happen. On enquiry I was then given a guarantee in writing that the furniture would arrive no later than 3 September. Today I was informed that they were in fact doing me a huge favour and they would bring the furniture when it suited them with no commitment to any timeframe, in the mean time my parents are without their furniture ...&nbsp; the CEO also informing me that taking to social media will not get my parents furniture to them any quicker.</div>
