Beware of this company in case anything goes wrong or missing

Very poor customer service. Initially thought staff were friendly, upon arrival in UK had a broken TV, microwave and an extra R8000 payable for 2 days storage and handling from their "agent" in the UK. Also had our camera bag emptied and put into container when wasn't supposed to be packed as was not on inventory list. Post arrival SA Relocations management have refused to apologize or entertain any evidence of theft, also for insurance which we paid R11k for they are asking for a excess of another R5k. Tears, frustrations and lack of management responsibility or ethics await anyone who use this company
