Bad service

Cant give no stars First they did not send send my stuff Give me wrong boat number I canceled the shipment they said my stuff was in Durban to be loaded Then they said my stuff is still in warehouse i have an email papertrail to confirm Then i struggeld to get my stuff back Their invoice was wrong for storage time i had to explain like a to a child my stuff did not make it to the harbor Now I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my refund They charge me R25000 for packing stotlrafe from Pretoria North to Centurion and back Note first month was free storage So only hade to pay storage for 8 weeks Its insane Will never recommend then to any one ever
