Avoid this company!

I used South African relocations to move my home contents and 2 cars to New Zealand. I paid in full. The goods were packed behind schedule and sent to Cape Town for shipping. Due to unforeseen circumstances we cancelled our move. Getting our items took over a month with breakages And lost items. Getting a partial refund for the vehicles has not materialized since 2019! They charged me significantly over the agreed amount and the vehicles never left. Numerous emails have gone unanswered.
