AVOID AVOID AVOID!! - Not even a star
BE WARNED. Here are the facts you decide: Collected in Johannesburg: July 2022 Delivered in Toronto, CA: NEVER!! Reason: Multiple excuses Asked for Refund and Breakdown: 20 March 2023 Breakdown received: 16 April 2023 (no invoices just an email) Breakdown amount: R52,042.58 for "costs" to move from Randburg to Centurion (half a container) Bottom Line: If you're looking to be fleeced this is the moving company for you!

31 May 2023, 23:14Here we go for an update, just to further confirm to any potential movers why to avoid SA Relactions at all costs......
The PR Mr Hartman tries by "personally addressing" the situations yields the following:
Subsequent to numerous attempts to get our refund not only was it only paid yesterday (30 May)...42 days since his message the amount paid is short by R12k with no reason!!??
So get this folks our cost to cancel the move is now R64K!! And remember SA relocations couldn't get it exported since June 2022!! I am not even talking a full container here.....
Mr Hartman cites collection, handling, admin, redelivery and VAT as reasons for "costs".
Redelivery is not applicable because it wasn't
VAT?! Clearly shows Mr Hartman doesn't know that VAT is refunded
The rest are costs, however, what he conveniently leaves out is that SA Relocations are entitled to their PROFIT!!!!
The moral fiber of this company speaks volumes
