Additional costs

I moved from Gauteng to the Netherlands. The correspondence from South African Relocations was pathetic and at multiple times I thought they had ****** my goods as they simply would not reply to emails. My goods arrived after several months in perfect condition but not after I had to pay an additional 300 euro which they said was out of their control. I had confirmed before signing the contract that all costs had been included. I had no choice but to pay and I feel it was possibly a ****. They refuse to reimburse me and I feel if they are a professional company, they would know of any possible delays and other risks and would mitigate them
