<div>A few months ago I wrote a great review for SA Relocation. Since then we have come to learn that their initial seemingly great customer service is an absolute farce. The moment you are handed over to the shipping team, there is no communication. They have zero planning in place and updates are few and far in between. In addition, when your goods do eventually arrive this is what is left. BROKEN AND DAMAGED goods. Boxes and lists were mislabelled and incorrectly marked, making unpacking more of a nightmare. In addition, all advice given by the sales team in terms of biosecurity and customs, related to what you can and cannot bring into Aus is OUTDATED and INCORRECT.</div>
