Provident/Pension Fund

I am writing on behalf of staff members of the Red Cross Eventide branch in Brakpan, Gauteng. They are afraid of mentioning their names as this might affect their jobs so they asked me to write on their behalf. They have been notified that their Provident / Pension fund hasn't been paid for some time now but has been deducted every month as shown in their pay slips. They have submitted their claim forms to their Branch CEO, Collen but they haven't received their funds as yet and when asked he is not clear about when they will receive their money. Upon asking Old Mutual as the chosen investment company about how far their claims are they said they haven't receive any claims from the company. They feel like they are being ****** off their money.
