Mismanagement of funds

South African Red Cross is a world wide humanitarian organisation that really assist vulnerable communities when led by the right people, we have been in a dilemma for 7years now. When national office sent a lady manager to help the organisation function and succeed like previously to continue rendering much needed services to E****wa beneficiaries of which we are based....after the previous manager was sent packing for mismanaging funds, then things started changing well after a year in management position.Less food was bought, no activities for mind stimulation of children were financed and many other things that were happening at our centre were just red flags . Last year August our main and sole funder discovered that more than 209.000 was mismanaged. To cut a very long story short it seems they have influence on every one who is a decision maker, my issue is National office cannot fire this lady manager Zukiswa Dzatsima Bolane for evident reaons.This is frustrating because for some reason they can't discipline a lady who stole Large amounts of money....but it was easy to deal with the one before, staff has not been paid for four months now because they don't want to comply with the funder for employees to receive their salaries. national office people ***** donations that are meant for communities, insensitive to workers needs and greedy. They now living le life... Driving nice, living large at the expense of beneficiaries and employees. We just need one break through to help expose them of their wrong doings more than 65 staff members are affected by not receiving monthly income because of self centred leadership.
