Complaint about a noise at South African Red Cross in Langa

My name is Tshepo Sondlo and I reside at Mendi Avenue, Langa. I have a complaint about an excessive noise made by the tenants at South African Red Cross in Langa every Tuesday and Wednesday evening and now have night vigils on weekends. This church "Church Christ Revelation" is using an amplifier music system in a small hall , this makes me lose concentration on my studies and on doing my assignments. It also affects my parents as they can't watch TV and read their newspapers.
