2800R for a report they did not issue

I contacted SAP detectives for a background search on 5 August 2015. Mr. Shaun represented that he would be able to issue a report in 4 hours. They repeatedly called me on 6 August 2015 requesting me to deposit 3000R into their account. I managed to deposit 2800R. They said the nature of work needed pre-cash deposits. It did not make me suspicious because in the past I had to make advance deposits for background searches. <br> <br> SAP detectives did not meet any of its timelines. It has been a week and there is no sign of a report. They have not responded to emails or my calls. They did not have the professional courtesy to return calls- It makes me believe beyond reasonable doubt, that they are a ********** company. Their main business being *********** innocent customers who need urgent work. There were times Alice (Shaun's colleague I guess) picked up my call- but hung up and did not answer my later calls. This is extremely unprofessional- and **********. I believe SAP Detectives has to be investigated for ***** and serious actions need to be taken- this is considering the other reports on this website which only second my opinion.
