Terrible experience.

I wanted to cancel my contract as I had relocated and started a new job. I had offered VIA email and Whatsapp to pay the owner in full and conclude the contract, when I didn't get any word from the owner for two months, I stopped the debit order because I hadn't received anything from the owner from trying to contact her numerous times.

Two months down the line when the owner figured out I had stopped the debit order I was threatened with legal action. I pointed out that I had tried to make contact, and that the owner hadn't bothered to get back to me. Cut a long story short I paid the owner in full because honestly I couldn't be bothered to fight.

The owner is a very nice lady when you first meet her, but be warned, the contract is vague at best, and the owner doesn't get back to you. In the beginning the owner and trainers make you feel very much apart of the institution, but don't bother to find out why you aren't coming to class, answer your emails or Whatsapp's.

Overall a disgusting experience, and has made me not want to support small businesses, that are trying to make it out there. Threatening me with legal action was downright ********* considering I had already made contact and asked to pay my contract in full.

I would suggest to carefully consider your options before signing a contract, and don't be suckered like I was by the seemingly "nice, understanding individual".

I am shocked to say the least by how this process was handled, and genuinely bothered in how the situation was addressed. I am thankful to say it is now over, but disappointed by how I was treated.
