Poor customer service

Went to Transfer pharmacy in Soshanguve Block H, landline number *** Monday 23/11/2015 to buy medication for my 1month, I didn't know the medication it was 1st time buying it. I'm a 1st time mom, found the cashier (no name tags) she referred to the pharmacist I gave him the name which was Buscopen he gave me hyospasmol, told him its not what I wanted he rudely said its the same thing,I said it doesn't look like the one I saw he said take it u will see its the same thing,confused I took it my boy wa I paid R60 then left, cashier didn't give me a receipt, when I got home I had second thoughts but giving that to my son my mother also advised that we return and buy the one we know we don't want to cause complications on my 1month old, next day 24/11/2014 I went back found the cashier she referred me to the pharmacist again I explained how I left about this medication since its my first baby I don't want to take chances, he showed me a board behind him saying there were no refunds, I explained that I was here yesterday, didn't want to cooperate, I asked for management he said he is management, I then asked him to atleast change the medication to Baba suur syrub he refused as wel
