***** - BIG BUX BONANZA & SOUTH AFRICAN PAYMENT

My account was debited by a company called Big Bux Bonanza, who apparently received my details from South African Payment Exchange ( ********** ). I received their details from my bank after I went to query the debit order, I called South African Payment Exchange, they could not assist me, they then gave me 'Big Bux Bonanza" contact number ********** , I called them & asked for their details, address, what they do, etc... I spoke to Sifiso who said they give discounts to people, I told him, I had never heard of them, or gave anyone my account numbers or they authority to debit me? so where did they get them? He refused to give me any information, he asked for my number and said he would give it to his manager to call me, he asked for the reference on my account which they used to debit and said he would send it to their head office to cancel future debit orders. When I asked for head office details he refused???? This Sifiso guy wont give me any details....
