You have to pay us even if we are not professional

I Have been working in administration for some years , but in 2014 I decided to restore my name on to the roll -I phoned the nursing council and the person that spoke to me gave me step by step instructions what to do -he also gave me the amounts I had to pay for restoration and then later in the year for the next year , I did exactly what I was told and believed that was given the correct information , however after paying the 2 de amount later in the year , there was this massive post office strike and I eventually send a e mail to the council informing them that I did not receive my council receipt , only now this year to find out I underpaid with R15 du to the information I was given , they now informed me that I had to again do restoration that is almost R1400 du to this persons incompetence , I contacted a Ms Moloi at sanc *** she said shell help me to resolve the matter , not even after phoning her back -nothing is being done
