Worst service EVER

This is the most useless government institution that I have ever seen. Phoned in November 2021 to find out what the annual fees for 2022 will be and the lady I spoke with said it's R525. Made the payment and asked when I would receive the Sanc receipt to apply for work she said it would take 4 to 6 weeks and if I haven't received it I should phone again. When I phoned on Friday I spoke to the client service consultant (which is very rude) he said that I paid R175 short abd need to pay restoration fees again. Which I refuse. Why do the people who was supposed to be helping you give you the wrong information. Please can someone help me with a email address or phone number to contact a person who is capable to help me
