Unprofessional and rude

<p>I app**** for verification, for the past 3 weeks it has been awaiting a signature, no one can tell me who needs to sign it or how long it will take. And this is after you send your Money and time waiting for someone to answer a call . . . Which might not happen some days . . . Lines get dropped and staff are incredibly rude, as if you are bothering them when you ask about something you are paying for. Pathetic.</p>
