Unfair suspension at work and SANC lost my registration documents.

I started working as a Community service on the 1/3/2016 and finished on the 28/02/2017, i signed the Community service complition forms same day. I was then absorbed at the institution and started probation on the 1/3/2017. I work at Empilweni Tb hospital. I have a valid SANC certificate for 2017 and the expiry date is the 28/2/2018. January 2018 it came to my attention that i was never registered at SANC. I made contact with SANC. SANC claims that they never got my portfolio from NMMU where i was studying. Also the institution i am working at delayed to send my Community service complition report in time. It was sent 11 months later which is on the 15/1/2018 instead of 28/2/2017. I personally made arrangements for NMMU to resend the paperwork to SANC of which they did on the 31/1/2018. SANC has all the paperwork needed currently. I enquired about my registration with SANC and Lerato Dibakwane at training and student registration told me i was never registered. So i have to wait for the registration process now that they have all the documents. On the 28/2/2018 i was suspended at work until i bring proof of registration with SANC. The suspension is up to 3 months and its unpaid leave. I feel this is not fair. I have a valid 2017 SANC certificate and the fact that i disappeared from their data base is not my fault. I worked as a nurse for 2 full years and just before i start my 3rd year I am told i never existed on the SANC data base. They need to sort everything while I am at work and getting paid. I have a family and debts.
