Totally disgusted!!

I am so shocked about this pathetic council!! They are so quick to remove you from the register if you don't pay your annual fees in time, and then force you to pay a restoration fee to get back onto the register, but query about your certificate and receipts, and no one can give you a answer!! They simply just don't reply to any of your emails and when you phone them, they keep you on hold for hours, that is if you are lucky enough and they actually answer the phone! We as nurses can't practice without our certificates and receipts, but what must we do if this stupid council just ignores you? Will the council pay our salaries while we sit at home and wait till they one day decide to actually do their work? All answer they have is that the Post Offices are striking, they can't help it, as if the Post Office is striking the whole damn year! Nursing is all about professionalism, it is a total disgrace that it is controlled by such a unprofessional council! I am ashamed to be associated with this idiots!!
