Removed from the roll as a Nurse due to insufficiant of money

On the 27th December 2020, I went to SANC, Offices, I enquire at their Helpdesk where I spoke to a lady, my reason going there, was to find out how much I was supposed to pay for my annual fees as I was 60 years old and my friend was at his late fifties, the Helpdesk lady, check at her laptop, and sid I am supposed to pay R220.00 and my friend had to pay what was at the receipt, being.R280.00, I left the SANC Office.

On the 29th of December 2020, i went to Sunnypark Mall.FNB branch to deposit our annual fees there way I was told, a month or so, I got my SANC receipt but my friend never got a mail until March 2021 when he wanted to apply for a job that needs a SANC receipt,where he went to get a print out receipt as the post he was applying was closing soon, at the SANC, he was told that he was removed from Nursing Roll, there was exchanged of words but end up paying the Restoration to the Roll amount to R891.00, he was told that, his annual payment was shot of R13.00, that is why he was taken out of the Roll.

The following day, I went to find out why given the wrong information but penalties is on us, I met Mr Manyelo[***], where I explained what happened, He gave me his email address and his office number to write what was my complain and he will respond as soon as he can.till today he had not acknowledge my email or responded to my email.
